One day, Max found a big book on English words. He decided to learn new words every night. Max thought it would be fun to know more. He learned words like "apple," "book," and "cat." Max practiced these words while he explored the library.
As the days passed, Max became very clever. He knew many English words and even made friends with a librarian named Lucy. Lucy liked Max and often read stories to him. Max was happy in the library and loved learning English.
