Maria is a twelve-year-old girl who loves learning English. She always watches English cartoons and reads English books. One day, she decides to start an English club at her school. Maria is excited about her idea.
She talks to Ms. Smith, her English teacher, about the club. Ms. Smith thinks it is a great idea and helps Maria make a plan. They decide to meet every Wednesday after school. Maria invites her classmates to join the club. She tells them they will play fun games and learn new words.
The first meeting is a big success. Ten students come to the club. They play a game called "Word Race." Everyone learns new words and has a lot of fun. Maria is happy and proud. She knows her English club is just the beginning of a great adventure.
